Travel Horse - Alabama Hills

Travel Horse hits Alabama Hills, a little to the east from Lone Pine California. The Alabama Hills are spectacular to say the least, the rounded contours clash with the sharp tips of Mount Whitney (the highest point in the US).  Because of its jaw dropping beauty and rugged environment it has been a movie set for many movies. From a ton of Westerns like The Lone Ranger to Gladiator and more recently Iron Man and Transformers. Travel Horse always the movie star love stepping his little hooves where many a great actor stood.

Travel Horse - Death Valley

Death Valley is a surprising place, filled with array of interesting sights. Travel Horse loved it from a, spectacular view to Mesquite Flat sand dunes and an ancient borax mine.

If you ever find yourself in Death Valley go check out Dantes View, Travel Horse highly recommends it. So high up it really is a birds eye view.

The old borax mines are a cool piece of history. A team of twenty mules would pull the load which could be up to 36 tons through Death Valley - 165 miles of forbidding terrain. Anyone care to make that performance set up?

Travel Horse - Grand Canyon

Move over Brighty, Travel Horse is at the Grand Canyon! Sadly there is no flat surfaces that Travel Horse could stand on and have the spectacular view behind him. So please excuse my friends arm in the photos. It was also very hertic with bustling tourists trying to capture the scale of this world wonder.
